My elderly mother has been attended by the optician's from James Shaw & Sons since undergoing eye surgery. The services they have provided including home visits have been excellent. The opticians are very professional and offer a sincere, quality, and caring personal service demonstrating excellent patience, interpersonal and communication skills often lacking among some when dealing with the older generation. Particular thanks to Mr Alistair Duff.
